The Difference
In 2009, recognizing the continued unmet needs of multicultural communities, Christina Camp opened Camp Psychological & Consulting Services, a mental health practice dedicated to addressing disparities in mental health outcomes in minority communities.
We seek to provide quality behavioral healthcare by integrating evidence-based practices with culturally sensitive treatment approaches in individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, therapeutic retreats, and psycho-educational workshops. Camp Psychological & Consulting Services also develops diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions for organizations and training’s for mental health providers on culturally competent service delivery. Our overall goal in this area is to participate in community education and advocacy to promote mental well-being, decrease cultural bias, and combat stigma.
