Our Approach

We begin our client interactions with consultation meeting. This meeting establishes the foundation for our collaboration in exploring your organizational strengths, growth points, and desired outcomes.  

Building high-performing cultures begins with establishing benchmark data through strengths-based organizational assessments. During our meeting you will be introduced to our array of organizational evaluation tools. Our organizational evaluation can include everything from surveys, focus groups, DEI assessment tools and conversations with senior leadership teams to deep dive surveys that measure engagement, inclusivity, and culture across your systems.

Following your evaluation, we will identify potential DEI benchmarks, and curate a strategy and time-table for training, development, communications, and programming to improve specific outcomes. 

After the DEI solution is implemented, we work with your organization to maintain acquired skills through sustainability efforts such as survey assessments, refresher courses and coaching.

We provide technical assistance in preparing senior talent to navigate crisis communications and manage media relations using language and strategies that foster conflict resolution, rebuild public image, restore trust, and instill confidence in the brand and leadership team.
