How do I book an International Sister Circle Experience for Myself? 

Please complete the registration form below and book your retreat experience call with Dr. Camp if you are new to our wellness community. After Camp Psychological has received payment for your deposit (to initiate an installment agreement) or by paying your registration in full, you will receive a Welcome Email from admin@camppsychological.com with helpful information for your retreat. This includes an activity summary, tips on what to pack, extra activities to explore and much more


Is there a payment plan?  

Yes.  


Are airfare and transfers included in the price of the retreat?  

Airfare is not included. Transportation to the retreat villa and back to Princess Julianna International airport - St. Marteen (SXM) is included. Please ensure that there is retreat availability during your preferred participation dates prior to booking your flights.

What do I need to travel to a Sister Circle Experience that is hosted outside of my country of residence? 

To enter and exit a foreign country, you must bring a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before the expiration date. Please double check with your embassy to determine if a visa is required from your country of residence before booking the International Sister Circle Retreat Experience. In some countries, like the United States, an airline may require you to show proof a return flight within 90-days of your departure date during the departure flight check-in process.  


Will I be able to book a private room?    

Private and shared room availability are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please book your reservations early to receive your preferred accommodation.


Do I need travel insurance? 

You must submit to Camp Psychological proof of purchased travel insurance for the dates of the total duration of your retreat before your retreat's arrival date. 


How much is the retreat? 

Retreat registration will begin 9/19/24 and end on 3/26/25. 

Registration is $4,904 for a single room(plus transaction fee) and $4,204 (plus transaction fee) for a double room.

*If you choose to book a double room, we encourage you to book with your suite mate at the same time. In the event that one participant cancels their reservation no money will be refunded. If you choose to book independently of your suite mate and your suite mate never establishes a reservation, your fee will be upgraded to that of the single room. To manage this hassle free booking experience, travel insurance is required.


How do I pay for the retreat?

We use an app called TravelJoy to facilitate retreat payments. Returning members of our wellness community will receive a link to facilitate payment upon completion of their registration, new members of our wellness community will receive a link to facilitate payment after completing an intake with Dr. Camp.


When should I arrive? 

The actual retreat experience will commence on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 at 5:30 PM. Check-in begins at 4pm.  


What time do the events end on Thursday, May 1, 2025? 

Check out time is 11:00 AM. The following events are scheduled on the morning of May 1st and will end at 11:00 AM.

  • Farewell breakfast and closing sister circle. 

  • Departure and transportation to the airport. 


I am a vegetarian, will vegetarian meals be served? 

Yes. Vegetarian chef inspired meals can be arranged based upon request 10-days prior to arrival at the retreat.  


I have never done yoga before, can I still participate? 

Absolutely! The yoga we will be guiding you through is accessible to anyone. We do advise that you are in a reasonable state of health and fitness. If you have questions about this, please reach out to us at admin@camppsychological.com


What is your cancellation policy?   

*If you choose to book a double room, we encourage you to book with your suite mate at the same time. In the event that one participant cancels their reservation no money will be refunded. If you choose to book independently of your suite mate and your suite mate never establishes a reservation, your fee will be upgraded to that of the single room. To manage this hassle free booking experience, travel insurance is required.

Cancel 71 days or more prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a 100% credit  towards another retreat date or cancel in full and be charged a cancellation fee of $750 (a deposit). 

Cancel 70 – 0 days prior to the retreat start date: you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee the equivalent of your deposit in the amount of $750 and any additional installment payments made.   

No Exceptions to Cancellation Policy: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to COVID-19, weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance. 

There is no refund for arriving late or leaving The International Sister Circle Experience Retreat early.

Please be advised that Camp Psychological reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund if all of these are not met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating enriching and hassle-free retreats. 

ACTIVITY WAIVER 

All the activities offered with your International Sister Circle Experience Retreat carry with them a degree of risk both to people and equipment, even though enjoyed under proper supervision by qualified professionals. The activities require those taking part to have a reasonable standard of health and fitness. All participants must inform Camp Psychological of any medical conditions, illnesses or allergies they may have and any prescribed medication they might be taking prior booking. No one shall participate in any activity if they are suffering from a heart condition or are pregnant without a written release from your caring physician on company letterhead.  

Liability Release Form After reserving your space in the retreat, you will receive a Liability Release Form for you to complete, sign, and return no later than two weeks before the start date of your retreat. If we do not receive your fully executed form, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.  

There will be no exceptions to this policy. 


Is there a Meet and Greet?

Yes! The Sister Circle Retreat Welcome Reception is one of the most important events scheduled for your stay. The Welcome Reception will take place on Saturday. The full agenda will be shared with registrants, so be sure to save your spot now! 


Is full retreat participation required? 

No. We welcome you to engage the process at your own pace and comfort level. While there will be enriching activities and breaks scheduled throughout the weekend, we ask that you take care of yourself as needed along the way. We do however, encourage everyone to attend the Welcome Reception if possible.  


Can I bring friends or family with me to the retreat? 

We welcome you to bring a friend or a family member. The retreat is designed to be relaxing, transformational or both.  We encourage you to be intentional in selecting a guest that will not distract you from your process. All participants must be 21 years of age or older and must be able to complete their own registration process.

Keeping Our Community Safe:

Should there be a documented increase in the spread of COVID-19 in the St. Martin prior to or during the retreat, Coronavirus safety

procedures may apply (including but not limited to the use of face masks). We must all do our part to avoid spreading this or any other illness in our

community.
